 In the “No Real Surprise” Category, the United States has the highest levels of cocaine and cannabis use. This news accoding to a survey of 17 countries.

My question is how do you survey a country?

Marijuana and prescription drugs that interfere with the brains "signaling system" may be having a negative impact on fetal brain development, according to researchers at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland.

It's so hard to believe anything that these guys say. I seem to remember them saying the same kind of thing in 2000. (And, their new chart certainly doesn't support that claim.)
